Shipping policy

We ship from Germany

We believe in transparent shipping price, so we provide Flat Rate International Shipping of 15€ (and 20€ for backpacks) and 10€ Flat Rate within Germany. (This may be changed in the future due to shipping cost fluctuations.)

We will try to process and ship your order as soon as possible, but it may take a couple of days or up to a week depending on outside factors. 

Some items like clothes and custom items are shipped separately from the smaller merchandise. But don't worry, we will provide tracking for all the packages!

We ship in a generic brown box, to provide discrete delivery. We may include packaging & promotional material inside. 

Shipping to UK:
At the moment we can not ship small merchandise to UK due to Brexit and unreasonable demands for small businesses to require a VAT ID in UK. We are very sorry about this but it's out of our control. Exception is most apparel and custom made items. Please send us an email at order@awruffgear.com and we can arrange an order if possible!

Shipping to USA:
At the moment we can not ship to USA due to tariffs and requirement to pay import duties upfront (the process is expensive and makes small orders not worth it). We are very sorry about this but it's out of our control, and we are working on finding an option to enable it in the future! If you want to do a group order with your friends or just a bigger order for yourself please send us an email at order@awruffgear.com (or through our Telegram @AwruffGear) and we can arrange it if possible!
